Biting a coin in half- What is it?
One of the most popular street tricks is the biting coin in half by the magician. The most puzzling part of this trick is that magicians use a coin that was taken from the audience, and don’t use any dummy coin. As audiences assume that the coin used for the trick is a real one they can’t figure out what’s going on. So, they innately believe in ‘magic’, possessed by the magician. Which magician has but not the kind the audience thinks of.

Interesting Magic Fact: The word “magic” is historical. The word magic is derived from magnesia(μαγεία). Persian priests were first to conduct magic tricks so they were known as magosh in Persian and magoi in Greek.
