#13: Do You See the Truth?
Contact solution isn’t cheap. Any contact wearer can tell you that much. If you stop to think about it, the amount of contact solution that you can pour into a lens case is more than enough. In fact, it might be too much. Some analytical people have surmised that contact lens cases are intentionally made larger than necessary.
People then use up more solution every time they fill their too-large cases. They go through contact solution at a faster rate, resulting in more bottles flying off the shelves. Is that why they always include those random contact cases in each box of solution? Maybe! It can be hard to tell for sure if this theory is true, but it makes sense.
