The two tied the knot in 2010, and they have one son together, Isaac, who’s almost two years old. Now, at 34, she’s expecting baby number two – and three – that’s right – they’re expecting twins.
The model had a professional photoshoot to celebrate her pregnancy, but images she shared on her Instagram account of the couple after an ultrasound scan ended up a lot more authentic and beautiful.
