I have never seen this kind of army training and have never seen these Army officials standing so accurately, inside a swimming pool. The water in the swimming pool must have been very cool for them but it’s the duty call that made them land in the middle of the swimming pool, out of nowhere.

Just for the sake of being neutral, we can assume that these Army people are in the middle of the pool with straight faces, as a part of the training. But it is appreciable how despite the temperature of the swimming pool they don’t have any expressions or bodily reactions and how relaxed and calmed they sound, as if they don’t care about this rounding.
