#34: Weight Loss
As we’ve seen before, weight management and body type are influenced by a complex interplay of genetic and environmental factors. Body composition and weight maintenance result from the combined genetic contributions of both parents, with multiple genes influencing these aspects. Lifestyle choices, diet, physical activity, and other environmental factors significantly shape an individual’s body type and weight management. While genetic predispositions may contribute, the interaction of genetic and environmental factors determines an individual’s body type and ability to manage their weight effectively.
