Lack of understanding of the emoji language
To design their emojis in the past, millennials had to employ a variety of letters and symbols. Language and artistic communication were explored creatively and bravely here. There was a period when ‘:-p’ and ‘:-o’ were used interchangeably to express astonishment and sarcasm.
Parents have mostly bypassed that generation in favor of today’s illustrative emoticons that do all the work for you. The fact that so many of them have no idea how to use or activate these devices sets the scenario for a hilarious interaction.
