Make brown sugar soft…er
What? Are you serious? How? Brown sugar tends to get hard over time. In order to return the sugar into its original texture, aluminum foil comes in handy, as always. The sugar is wrapped in the foil and baked for a couple of minutes and the sugar is as good as it was!
What an amazing tool, also remember that you can leave the sugar there until you can get a clean and dry jar for your new sugar. Embrace ecology!
