If you’ve ever owned a pet, you know that they quickly become an integral part of the family and that often they are a lot like children. And if you had always thought about getting one, but never did, 2022 is the year to take the plunge. As adorable and loving as they are, our pets sometimes misbehave – whether it’s a dog who’s eaten a family-sized pizza, a lizard with an attitude problem, or a cat that brings mice to the house. Whatever they do, we can’t stay mad at them for too long because they’re just too cute, but when they misbehave, you need to punish them somehow – otherwise, how will they learn? As it turns out, pet-shaming is a real thing, and pet owners have found a perfect way to teach their misbehaving pets a lesson – they publish photos of their pets on social media, along with signs stating what they did wrong. Look no further for your 2022 fix of pictures of people shaming their pets!
Seems about right
As all pet owners out there already know, the number one rule when it comes to dogs is to never leave them unattended around food. You leave any food on the counter unattended for five minutes and it will be gone by the time you return to the kitchen. It doesn’t even matter what food – any food is dangerous to leave around dogs. It’s like leaving the cat to guard the cream.
This dachshund is no different, and she simply did what any sensible dog would do. The minute she got the chance, she jumped on the counter and ate the entire family-sized pizza. We couldn’t stay mad at her, though – one look at those big, round eyes is all it takes to forgive her. That’s the problem with dogs, they’re too sweet, you can’t stay mad at them.
