We want immediate reactions from people when we conduct transactions online. I understand; after all, we’ve become acclimated to it. But we must acknowledge that there are other individuals on the other side of the screen who have various activities going on at the same time. They may be engaged in other things rather than simply replying to your messages.
That’s why you shouldn’t expect someone to respond immediately when you need them to. And this individual was extremely unpleasant in their communications with another person. They were so ungentlemanly that they requested a refund because of the delayed response.
