Oriental mouse
A carpet is a nice addition to any home – it brightens up the place, it makes it warmer and more homey, and it adds a necessary touch of color to an otherwise empty space (but that’s just our opinion). However, there’s no need to over do it with carpets on every empty surface. Carpets and rugs belong on the floor, and in some case on the wall, but never on a desk.

We’re all for decorating the house and making it your own, but using a carpet as a mouse pad seems exaggerated, even for us. We didn’t know carpets could shrink in the laundry, but we’d much rather believe this is what happened. The other option is that stores are now selling tiny, mouse-sized rugs.
