These Maps Portray the U.S. More Accurately Than Anything We Learned in School

As much as some people wish that teenagers would remain abstinent, we all know that isn’t a reality in which we live. Restricting someone’s rights to do something rarely ever makes them stop doing that particular thing… It just makes them do it in secret and then have to deal with the consequences in a dangerous way.

Considering the recent decision to get rid of the precedent that allows people to terminate their pregnancies, we’re surprised to see how many teen pregnancies come out of states that encouraged the precedent to be overturned. Ironically the least amount of teen pregnancies come from the places where people have access to such practices…
