And while looking at houses for the first time can be very exciting, there are certain things that are of the utmost importance that you check. Sure, the windows might be pretty, but how’s the drainage?
It might seem silly, but checking something as simple as the drainage capacity is fairly important in old and newly built homes. If you’re stuck with a house with bad drainage, you will not only have many water issues, but your nice slice of real estate heaven will depreciate seriously.
