#43: Listen to Your Body
With any kind of mental or physical health issue, it’s important to listen to the advice of a trained professional. This poster describes how their therapist told them to not resist the next time they felt a panic attack coming on. It’s important to let your body and your mind process what it needs to feel.
Thankfully, this advice really helped them out, and they haven’t had a panic attack for three years. Of course, we are not medical professionals. This is the experience of one person, and we’re glad that this therapist’s advice worked well for them. It’s always important to listen to what your body needs.
