Never Skip Head Day
When you hit the gym, make sure you switch things up. Work on your arms one day, your wings the other, and your legs on the next. Stick to a regular workout routine that trains all parts of your body. That includes working on your head muscles. Nobody wants to walk around with the body of The Rock and the head of a chicken.
Here’s a perfect example of what skipping head day looks like. In reality, there are two people in this picture: one who’s leaning his head down after a long, grueling day at school, and another farther ahead—the head guy.
