It Runs In The Family
There have been decades long debates when it comes to nature versus nurture, and it turns out we not only inherit our mom’s beautiful eyes, our grandma’s button nose, and our dad’s darling dimples but parts of our personalities and our preferences as well, thanks to inherited protein-producing genes that affect our behavior.
While she may have learned how to deal with the dad jokes as a means of survival, it seems @prestovision passed along his dry sense of humor to his daughter. Meanwhile, my dad passed on his inability to use his indoor voice whenever he’s excited about the topic of discussion, so I have genetic reasons for being a loudmouth.
