When Things Went Comically Wrong To Babysitters

June 25, 2020 by Elizabeth Grillo

When we take the time to stop and think about it, it seems a little bit crazy to give children who are a little bit older the responsibility of taking care of children who are a little bit younger. Teenage girls, due to their ability to be resourceful, adaptable, and persistent, are by far the most sought-after babysitters. In regard to this topic, please don’t misunderstand us. Having responsibility for young people is nonetheless a significant undertaking, particularly when one considers how much is at risk in the situation. Someone needs to pay these children a wage that is more appropriate for their age! Keeping this in mind, have a read through some of these tales of babysitting jobs that turned out to be a complete and utter failure on the part of the sitter.

Drop-kicked Toddler

There are a wide variety of babysitting jobs available, but the vast majority of them involve spending a few hours with a child, putting them to bed, and then sitting on the couch in front of the television while the child’s parent is out of the house. That is the most desirable set of circumstances. You have to sit through a few episodes of something, you munch on some free snacks, and at the end of it all, you walk away with twenty dollars and fewer worries.

The only thing that could throw all of this off is if someone were to get out of bed at this point. In this particular instance, a child of three years old made the difficult trip back downstairs, only to be kicked in the face and sent flying across the room after making the journey.
