South Park
It all started with the ban that we mentioned earlier on Winnie the Pooh because the cartoon character resembles the leader of China Xi Jinping. Ever since this happened, people have been taking even more shots at the leader, knowing that this bothers him on some personal level. Maybe making him angry wouldn’t be the smartest move, but who are we to say?
That leads us to an episode of South Park, a long-running animated show that is known for its political and social commentary in the form of satire. It’s a show that is not afraid to come out swinging and touch up on sensitive topics that others wouldn’t dare go to. Check out their episode ‘Band in China’ and tell us what you think.
