Okay, okay, this is the last one from The Little Mermaid, we promise. We just had to gush a little about how impressed we are at how Halle Bailey’s career has progressed at such a young age. Playing a beloved and iconic character like Ariel is difficult, but we think this actress can handle it.

Look forward to seeing Bailey as Ariel because she was the somewhat controversial casting in Disney’s upcoming live-action twist on the classic tale. We’re excited to see how Bailey goes on to express Ariel’s character as well as the chemistry between the rest of the cast.
