Ann Margret
It’s strange to think that actresses from the 1960s and 1970s used to be young. They were already full-fledged masters of their craft long before we were even born! Anyway, Ann Margaret, the renowned actress and singer, used to cheer for her high school sports team back in the day.
After graduating high school, she attended Northwestern University but dropped out partly because she wanted to become a musician. She first started recording in 1961, and her debut album, Here She Is… Ann-Margaret, was released the same year. The Golden Globe winner has appeared in over three dozen movies since 1961, with her most recent role being Margot in 2021’s Queen Bees. Yes, the 80-year-old actress is still active.
