Food Service Workers Share Wild Customer Requests

May 26, 2010 by Kristen Reed

Burnt to Perfection

If you are a meat-eater, you most likely have a preferred way to prepare beef. Some people love a well-done steak, while others like a little red left in the middle of their burger patty and argue that’s the only way to eat meat. This woman ordered a burger at Big Larry’s and had a very specific request.

She didn’t just want her burger well done. She wanted it burnt to a crisp for that extra crunch. She even asked to speak with the cook so she could be sure they got her order right. Some people like the taste of burnt food, so maybe this lady is one of those people. Either way, we’re not judging (this time). To each their own!
