One Good Turn Deserves Another
Would you pocket it? Would you try to find the owner? Or would you leave it alone, assuming that the person who misplaced it would undoubtedly figure out where it had gone and could come back to retrieve their lost goods?

I’m sure many of us would walk away, particularly if we were homeless and had many other things on our minds. This individual went to the trouble of looking for the person who misplaced this large cheque to do the right thing. What he discovered is that doing good may sometimes be enough, but other times there are far greater rewards for performing well. I’m not suggesting you should do nice things expecting to be rewarded. But I do believe that when it happens, receiving that prize is quite wonderful.
