We’re all for fighting against cancer, but what we’re not up for is stealing a person’s image and using it to push your agenda down other people’s throats. In this picture, Stefania, the beautiful “cancer patient” is still smiling despite her illness. The only problem is that she is not a cancer patient.

Granted, women shaving their heads is uncommon, but it is not always a sign that the person is undergoing chemotherapy. She was quick to respond to the allegations and blatant posting of lies for likes. Hopefully, the page was taken down after numerous reports, but we’re glad to see another liar getting called out on social media.
