#23: Same-Sex Households
Every state in the country has a slightly different school curriculum, but this is a map they probably won’t teach in any state. It is interesting, though, to see which countries have more same-sex households. California is leading the chart – no surprises there – but we were surprised to see Maine is in the first place!

Overall, we can’t say we’re surprised by the states leading the map and the states behind. We are surprised that even in the highest states, there aren’t many same-sex households. Do you mean to tell us that in New York, there are only seven same-sex households per 1,000 households? The math doesn’t add up!
