This comment was made by someone from the United States who thought that if you were white, that means you have no right to speak Spanish. We guess they were trying to say that it was a form of cultural appropriation. The only part that they totally forgot to think about was that Spanish comes from Spain. 

Sorry random people on the internet, but the Spanish are Europeans, which means they are white and they own that language. We are sure that they have no problem with other nations speaking it, it’s a legacy passed down from their ancestors who spread the Spanish language around the world back in their day.
