Well, isn’t that just great? The predicted median income in 2021 was 75K, and the median home price was 194K, but the actual figures are way off. The median income is 67K, and the median home price is a whopping 330K. This sure isn’t great news if you were thinking of buying a house. 

You’ll just have to keep dreaming of that luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills. On the bright side, at least you won’t have to worry about having too much money left over at the end of the month. You can just spend it all on my mortgage payment. Yay for being a homeowner!
