We bet everyone would like to know how that conversation ended. There isn’t any confusion if you ask us, because the OP was using a professional and clear tone to explain his side of the story. Which is that he had to work at the most unreasonable hours.
Who works at these hours even if the overtime pay was given, which wasn’t in this case though. Good thing that the employee put everything in his boss’s notice before taking further steps. We hope the company realized its catastrophic work schedule after this detailed audit.
