A Close Call!
Cats can find comfort anywhere, whether it’s a cardboard box, inside of a vase, or on top of a four-burner stove. They’re also incredibly good at blending in with their surroundings, so your cat will most likely notice you before you notice it. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case with this homeowner.
This black cat almost fell victim to its own bad luck by snoozing on top of a stove. The owner, who may have wanted to cook up a four-double-yolker omelet, noticed the cat before turning the stove on. In the end, the cat was saved from having singed fur, and the human was saved from experiencing the unfiltered wrath of their house cat’s inner-lion.
