We’re so grateful that some predictions on this list haven’t come true…at least not yet. According to this old textbook, the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa was predicted to topple over between 2010 and 2020. We’re happy to report that so far nothing of that sort has happened and thank goodness for that. 

We don’t think the world can handle more bad news right now. In case you’re wondering, experts believe that because of a recent restoration project, the tower will stay put for another 200 years. Earlier, the tower was tilted at 5.5 degrees but it has now been reduced to 3.99 degrees. That’s the best news ever!
