Too Close for Comfort
MCU filmmakers don’t just create a vast universe where multiple superheroes live in. They create a world that makes it seem like we’re not just watching them but also living there, as well. That’s what happens when the filmmakers add special focus to continuity, unlike what you’d find in other superhero universe film studios (sorry, DC).

Another example of perfect continuity between films is the turbine rotors inside of the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier. In The Avengers, the turbine rotors pull Tony up, damaging both his suit and the rotors. In Winter Soldier, while Nicky Fury is giving the Captain a tour of the facility, he points out how there are no more rotors in the turbines, all thanks to the terrible accident that happened three MCU films earlier.
