Kids Discover Their Parents’ Cool Past

Another instance of submarine epicness by parents that have sparked jealousy in everyone who’s seen it. Kevin Malone, in one episode from the Office, said he wanted to eat pigs in a blanket, in a blanket. This was no doubt a funny scene, but it got us thinking that we’d like to do so as well. Now, how about a sausage party in a sausage-shaped watercraft?

This activity is called the “Steel beach picnic”, which involves people having a picnic and grilling party on a submarine. This is usually done by, well, marines. If this dad’s kid told me he isn’t jealous of this, then he’s lying. Obviously, this is a fun retreat—- one that our heroes need. Enjoy your sausages, heroes.
