Kids Discover Their Parents’ Cool Past

This father spent at least part of the eighties fighting in a war in Saudi Arabia. This is a picture of trying to relax during a dangerous and horrifying time. Soldiers fought night and day for what must have seemed like an eternity. That is the easiest way to tell that this father is a whole lot cooler than most of the people that I 

have known in my lifetime.  Since I come from a family filled with military men and women, I have great respect for anyone who chooses to serve their country. It isn’t an easy thing to do but it is incredibly important. I hope that you are surrounded by people who appreciate your efforts.
