Do you know what the greatest thing about company social media profiles is? That you can see just how little they actually care. They get into ridiculous arguments with each other over things that nobody cares about. In the end, they get a ton of exposure, which is what they really want.

During Black Friday, McDonald’s thought it would be neat to post a link for an online coupon. That was nice of them, except for the part where they forgot to add the link. Someone might have hit the enter key too quickly. In typical troll fashion, Wendy’s pointed out how McDonald’s tweets were just as broken as their ice cream machines.
