The Dating Game
Believe it or not, in the past, people had no choice but to actually interact with each other face to face to secure that Saturday night date at the roller rink. During those days, they knew that the person they talked to was the same person who would show up on date night.
Today, we swipe right on cute girls in between calls in our office cubicles, keeping the conversation flowing all week, waiting for that weekend date. By the time Friday comes around, you either realize she’s a bot trying to suck you into a cryptocurrency investment scam, or you make it to your meetup place and struggle to spot your date without the photo filters.
