People Who Don’t Understand the Art of Negotiation

Now that we’re in the age of social media, part of the hiring process is to check out your potential employee’s profiles for any red flags. Typically, those red flags are questionable photos and posts, but this recruiting coordinator was in for a surprise with their new hire.

First off, this girl apparently stole from her job back in 2013. If that’s not making alarm bells go off, it should. And then there’s the fact that she had actually already been hired that day, and was still apparently keeping her eye out for something better. A real star employee.
