Lost in Our Food Court Feelings
Going to Costco is a whole experience. You flash your exclusive membership card to get in, grab a giant shopping cart, and eat your way around the store, indulging in every sample as an appetizer before you hit the cash register before the main attraction: the food court. Costco food courts are known for their dirt cheap-but-delicious junk food that makes you feel like you’re at the fair.
Their scrumptious Polish dog and a drink would only set you back $1.50, and it was one of the most popular combos for years until Costco pulled it off the menu to make room for dishes that cater to their more health-conscious customers. Although people love the newer acai bowls that took the Polish dog’s place, some will never forget this travesty.
