Restaurant Cleaning and Re-Design
Most of us aren’t necessarily aware of that, but it’s important to be cautious about the chemicals you are surrounded by during a cleaning, designing, or reconstruction of a building. In a restaurant setting, the gas from stoves and chemicals from cleaning or paint products can be quite toxic when inhaled.
One person shares their experience working at a restaurant that was painting the interior and having the range hood cleaned without turning the grill off. This quickly became a toxic environment for the workers (literally), which forced them to take multiple breaks outside the building. Their boss wasn’t happy about this, to say the least.
