Delicious Welsh Rarebit
This juicy Welsh rarebit dish from Wales is so much more than just bacon on top of bread. Under that chewy bacon seen in the picture below is a cheese sauce made of mustard, Worcester sauce, cayenne, added with either pepper or paprika to give it a little extra spice.
The toast, griddled with the cheese sauce on top gives us another delicious, fried dish from the UK. The Welsh rarebit has adapted itself to many other forms since its original creation back in the 18th century. A golden buck is a Welsh rarebit served with an egg, and a blushing bunny when served with tomato soup.
