A typical specification on a lease is that no pets are allowed. Of course, that’s the landlord’s right to refuse animals on their property. After all, some pets can be pretty destructive sometimes. They scratch things and go to the bathroom in places they shouldn’t; as loveable as they are, they can be a headache from a landlord’s point of view.

So when this landlord discovered that his renter had broken this rule, he calmly informed them that the pet had to go. However, he changed his tune very quickly once the tenant sent him a cute picture of the cat. So is Bruce the Landlord really just a big old softie inside? We sure hope so!
