Prove It
This exchange has us scratching our heads. We understand the landlord wanting proof that something is broken before they commit to fixing it, but not everything can be proven with a photo. Take this example; hot water is only measured by feeling it, not looking at it. Doesn’t he realize that?

Of course, this landlord probably knows exactly what he’s doing. We’re wondering if he’s trying to shirk his duties here. He can say he had no proof; therefore, he doesn’t need to fix anything. Still, we have to laugh at this tenant’s response. It was pretty clever to try to give this landlord what he was looking for!
