Hey Girl
This conversation between a landlord and their tenant is flawed from the very first message. Call me old-fashioned, but addressing your landlord with, “hey girl,” seems disrespectful to me. And it keeps getting worse from there. This tenant makes it sound like he fixed the cable and WiFi, while in reality, the landlord is the one who paid for it.
Of course, we can only assume the landlord is the one who paid for these expenses and not the other way around. It is the landlord’s job, after all. He should be the one taking care of house maintenance problems. On the other hand, that doesn’t always include WiFi and cables, so maybe we’ve got this all wrong…
