Halle Berry
Like Zellweger, Halle Berry also had a passion for numerous activities while attending Bedford High School in her home state of Ohio. The former cheerleader also became the school newspaper editor and prom queen. When it came to cheerleading, Berry never had plans to go pro. She geared her passion towards acting just three years after graduating from Bedford High with honors in 1984.
Berry has made history in Hollywood as the first African American Woman to receive an Academy Award in 2001 for the film, Monster’s Ball. Additionally, she won a Razzie for her role as the first black woman to reprise Catwoman. I guess we can say Berry has never been a stranger to success.
