You have probably enjoyed watching Rachel Ray on her lifestyle program, The Rachel Ray Show, and on several television programs on The Food Network. The best-selling author’s sparkle and spunk as a television personality and celebrity chef originally came from her performances as a cheerleader at Lake George High School. 

We’re not too sure where Ray’s passion for creating appetizing dishes came from, but we can see from her radiance, enthusiastic personality, and beautiful smile why she was a great cheerleader. Since hyping up the crowd at Lake George High, Ray founded a non-profit organization, Yum-O, and has produced her own line of kitchenware.
