On the Fence
This person moved into a community with an HOA and was immediately thrown into an impossible predicament. The HOA’s rules stated that the fence of the property needed to all be the same color. In addition, every homeowner’s fence had to match the adjoining fences of their neighbors. It wasn’t long before this new homeowner realized he was in trouble.
His new home shared a fence with two neighbors, one on each side. The problem was that both neighbors had a different color fence! It was basically impossible for this person to paint their new fence the correct color, because it was bound to match only one of their neighboring fences. The OP never revealed how they solved this predicament. Honestly, we’d just tear out the entire fence if it was our home.
