Most condos and apartments have strict and specific rules regarding pets in the home. If a complex allows pets, only certain animals are allowed. On top of that, a lot of places have weight limits to prevent people from owning, like, 50 dogs in a single condo. Overall, most places have the same types of rules. 

This person’s condo complex has the usual pet-related regulations, but the way the company worded its rules is really strange. According to the complex, “you may only own up to 75lbs of dog split between one or two dogs.” That is a really weird way to say you can own up to two dogs with a combined weight of 75lbs.
