Washington – A Look At The Fort
A group of US Army soldiers agreed in 1859 to build a big post in Washington that became known as the famous Fort Coville. The suspicion is that this old photograph was taken right after they finished constructing the post, but no one is obvious of it.

During their multiple wars against Native American tribes, the army will use the space to support them. The aim of the post was also to shield miners who had recently moved to the region hoping to find any gold in it.
